SEYZO R&D and analytical laboratory

FSSC 22000 and related systems support food safety and batch delivery

Quality management spans incoming inspection, process control, finished testing and batch documents.

For an ingredient supplier, consistent quality and complete batch documents often matter as much as the product itself. SEYZO operates an R&D center, analytical laboratory and application testing, with quality management covering incoming inspection, process control, finished testing and batch documents.

Current applicable certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Kosher and Halal. FSSC 22000 is a food-safety scheme recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), covering key control points from production to delivery.

From incoming inspection to batch documents

Process instrumentation and in-line checks on a production line
Process records and in-line checks follow the confirmed production requirements; key items enter batch management.

Incoming materials are checked against purchasing and acceptance requirements; production follows process records and in-line checks; finished goods are sampled, tested and released against the applicable standard and project specification; delivery matches the batch COA, specification and certification files to the project.

Laboratory testing and analysis
Finished goods are sampled, tested and released against the applicable standard and project specification.

The scope and validity of each certification follow the formal documents provided per project. Export projects can align specifications, batch COAs and compliance files to the destination market to support long-term supply.
